Hello Jackson 2 Card

I made another card with my 2nd "HELLO" Jackson PML card. I like this one better. It has more depth and texture...much brighter, too.

Tools: Paper-Piercer, Micro-Tip Scissors (CTMH)
Other: Glacier Twine, Silver Sequins (CTMH)
