FM115 Congratulations Card

A dear friend of mine just had her baby girl graduate from high school. I've known this young lady since I first began scrapbooking with Close To My Heart, and not only is she nice, but she is so talented, too.

So here is a card I made tonight just for her. (Better late than never, right?)
I am linking my card up to the following blogs.

  1. Fabulously Artsy Blog
  2. The Friday Mashup! FM115 Challenge

Congrats on such a wonderful achievement, Miss Rachel!
