MFTWSC99 Christmas Caroler

This morning, I opened an e-mail from my sister-in-law. The subject line read "Spreading Christmas Cheer". Our niece, Marie, is in her first year of college, and is missing the family during the holiday season.

We are very proud of her. Jere and I never could have imagined all the great accomplishments our niece has had in just her short 18 years. It's hard to believe that the tiny tot covered in tomato soup, happily playing in her walker, could be the same young lady that is going into Biochemistry at University, in the hopes of becoming a doctor.

So, after hearing that Marie is feeling sad right now, I just knew I had to get into my craft room and create a card just for our little "Goose".
Recipe:
Paper: Pear and Partridge, Chocolate CS, White Daisy CS (CTMH)
Stamp: Pure Innocence-Christmas Caroler (MFT)
Ink: Black Pigment (Tsuniko)
Tools: Craft Heater, Craft Tray, Corner Rounder, Blending Pen, Watercolor Pencils, Paper-Piercer, Micro-Tip Scissors (CTMH), Snow Dots Embossing Folder (ProvoCraft)
Other: Mistletoe Poinsettia Brads, Clear Detail Embossing Powder (CTMH)

I created this card using this week's sketch from My Favorite Things.
